First Words
Ava's been poppin' out some words in the last month. Her first real word is undeniably, "shoes." (Laura and I assume a future fetish is probable.) Here are some other notable wordlings:
Dada, Mama, block, truck, duck, bananna (usually comes out as 'ba' or 'na'), and the killer one that happened today was...... hold on, I have to set it up properly.
I just got home from work, Laura and I were preparing dinner. Laura put Ava in her high chair, then Ava squealed with delight when she saw some cheerios on her tray. Well, Laura asked Ava, "Oh, are you excited about your cheerios?" Ava replied, "sha, sheerios."
!!!!!!!!!!!
Laura and I just looked at each other, and Ava said it again quickly, "sheerios." We tried to get her to say it again, but no such luck. This kids nuts!

I hope you have enough in your bank account to support a shoe addiction! If not, she'll have to get a job as soon as she can.
Brianna swears she said cookie yesterday. I'm not so sure though - I didn't hear it.
